My name is Brenlee, and I’m a 25-year-old Master Mason in Lodge First United. 140 GLSA. My Masonic career started on the 3rd of May 2018, one of my most proud days too date. It wasn’t until I found out a late family member of mine was a Mason that I took the step to apply online “yes, I’m an internet candidate.”
Being an internet candidate the process is a bit longer than being proposed by a Mason, and I preferred the longer route as it gave me time to get a feel, learn and most importantly gave me time to decide is this for me.
Becoming a Freemason, I have developed positive traits and worked on myself. Through the different stages, there are various tasks and experiences, and these are the thing’s that played a roll in how I view myself and those around me “in a positive manner.” In Freemasonry, your priorities are as such Family, Work and Freemasonry in that order. This way I’ve created a stronger bond between me and my loved ones I’ve also prioritized my development in terms of my career because you get what you put in another motto often said in the craft.
I’m a proud Mason and will not hesitate to say so.
